This 1880’s style, western themed movie ranch located in the hills of Malibu, CA sets the stage with 12 buildings of various styles, water towers, windmills, horse corrals, and dirt roads. The vintage props include trucks, cars, tools and rustic furniture. In addition, find a 2,400 square foot ranch style home, a 1500 square foot saloon, 900 square foot bunk house, a 150 square foot hide away cabin, and a nightclub with a dance pole, all on a spacious 21 acres. The natural surroundings include grassy knolls and mountain views surrounding other features such as a tennis court, pool, spa, fire pits, tents, a mirrored stage and more.
The lodge was built in 1958 featuring a tractor barn, a machine shop, a nightclub (with disco lights, wood dance floor, dance pole), large spa w/ nude fountain, grape arbor hot tub, 30′ circular pool with ocean views, large double laundry room, and a very large kitchen.
The saloon has stage backed with 12′ x 12′ mirror, a bar, a poker table, a pool table, a piano, an outdoor production kitchen, wagon, 1965 pick up truck, cavalry tent, outdoor shower, sheriff’s office, adobe jail, a Monterey cypress forest with panoramic views of Boney Ridge and the ocean.
The main ranch house features rustic interiors with wood floors, Persian rug, stone fireplace with original brass hardware, red silk window dressings, old fashion bath tub,
1880’s redwood hot tub with Boney Ridge backdrop, and a campfire. The garage comes complete with a full work shop.
The backyard has a manicured lawn, tennis court, and surfer beach complete with sand, tropical landscaping, surf boards, surfer hut, tropical spa, lounge, and a bar. There is a spiral staircase to an upper deck overlooking the canyon for amazing views.
